About Gwen Schulte
My approach is rooted in a simple belief: great publications bring the substance of a message and the experience of reading it together. A well-designed report should do more than look good. A carefully edited document should do more than eliminate errors. Every element—from the structure of the content to the hierarchy of the page—should serve the information and the people receiving it.
My background spans publishing, communications, editing, proofreading, and publication design. Before founding GRS Editorial, I spent nearly a decade in marketing communications, strengthening my ability to manage projects from beginning to end, maintain consistent messaging, coordinate competing priorities, and produce clear, professional materials for diverse audiences.
I also hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Mills College. My graduate training deepened my understanding of narrative structure, language, and the ways readers engage with information.
Working with GRS Editorial means working directly with the person responsible for your project. I take a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every assignment, balancing your goals, existing content, brand identity, and production requirements to create a cohesive final product.
