Problem
Publishing client needed manuscript proofreading, layout design for print, and Kindle e-book formatting, but wanted to keep the production team lean and hire only one person.

Solution
Performed a deep proofreading pass with the Chicago Manual of Style, then laid out and typeset the manuscript in Adobe InDesign and Kindle Create, respectively. Typesetting included careful typeface selection, formatting hierarchy with chapter and section titles, and curating a suite of custom glyphs for section breaks.

Result
Publication-ready manuscript and front/back cover files for both print and e-book distribution.
